Our guiding principle is to continually develop the value enhancement of our portfolio companies in a consistently return-oriented way. Typical turnover volumes of companies we invest in are between €30 and €150 million, and while our regional focus is normally on Germany, Switzerland and Austria, we actively seek buy-and-build options in other European countries. Our portfolio companies are characterized by sustained profitability and sufficient strong cash flow.
